After founding AllStar Martial Arts in Union, NJ in 2011, Jamal spent years figuring out what actually works — not what gym consultants who've never run a dojo think works. The systems he built there became the foundation for Forge Growth Partners — and eventually, JFIVE, our proprietary AI practice management system.
